Need a hand? Joy and Cheryl will join your engagement team to help plan and facilitate your event, train two or more staff or volunteers in the workshop activities, and include two or more sets of our Insight Card decks to assist in future planning.
How We Help
We begin weeks before your event to support your team with information, logistics of planning, and recommending any materials or equipment you may need to ensure a smooth engagement. We also support set-up, clean-up, and facilitation of your event.
For preparation, we will meet via Zoom while the in-person events occur at your location. We also recommend that a few members of your team participate in our PLAYCE 12-Week Coaching Program as a hands-on learning experience to support your project through to completion.
Standard consulting services begin at $9,600. However, our services are tailored to your needs, so custom pricing is available. We can also create workshops that include localized community leadership and championing building efforts for your project.
